Worst place to get a vehicle from honestly, if you like getting ripped off and wanting bad products, this is the place for you! But beware of how much “legal” issues you may have! Buyers beware!

Bought a 2019 Explorer. Within 7 months the PTO went out. The SUV had 60K on it. However the PTO that the mechanic took out had marked on it that it had 113K on it. They replaced it with a used PTO to cover up the leak it probably had from the previous owner to get it to sell. This is not a cheap job - 3600.00.

Went to drop off my jeep early. Couldn't bother anyone I guess to give them my keys, being they were talking about after work activities and looking at cell phones. Apparently it was earlier for them I I just went to the drop box and filled out the sheet but first had to spend a few minutes looking for a pen.... sure glad it was easier for them..... they fixed my recall... so I guess there is that.

Worst service ever. Went there Saturday trying to help our daughter buy a car. The sales person couldn’t find 2 of the cars we were looking for. he showed us an SUV that didn’t shift right and gave a lame excuse for it that it was cold, We were there 2 1/2 hours when at 5:30. He didn’t wanna show us any more cars because his fingers were cold. (ever hear of gloves,?) We tried to look at another car, but it was buried so we told him to call us back when he got it dug out. Monday he called us and he try to make an appointment for 4:15 Wednesday and my daughter said well can we come earlier? The soonest he would give us an appointment was 12:15OK so there is bad weather today but we went anyway and we got there and the car is still buried and the sales people didn’t know anything about it and said that that person wasn’t working. Then they tried to show us an impala, that was in terrible condition. And wondered why my husband did not think it was worth $5700 and he told Them how much money it would cost to repair all the things that were visibly wrong with it. Then we asked to see another car and waited 90 minutes for the sales person to come back and say he could not find that either. I would not recommend this business to anybody and I think it’s terrible that they did not call us to tell us that they did not dig out the car that they called to make the appointment for us to see especially since we told them, we were still driving down there. I wouldn’t even give it one star but you have to give it a star to be able to post.

BEWARE, Appointment for oil change means nothing. Last oil change took 3 HOURS but I thought I'd give them another chance. I arrived just before my appointment time and was told it would be at least an hour and a half wait. I don't think so! Went elsewhere and was completely finished before that "wait time" was up. Won't go back.

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey from this place a few years back. Currently with only 74,000 miles on the vehicle I was told by my mechanic that the transmission needed to be replaced and the cost would be over $8,000. I can't afford that and I don't see why anyone would pay that much for a vehicle that is only worth about $10,000. I called this dealership to see if I am covered with any kind of warranty or if there was a recall on these vehicles or if they would do any kind of trade in on a newer vehicle and after leaving 2 messages, I am yet hear back. I also chatted online with an agent and was told that someone would get back to me and that was over a week ago and heard from nobody. I do not recommend this place to anyone as you will more than likely end up dissapointed as all you are to them is another sale, and they lost out on a potential $40,000 sale from as I would have traded my vehicle in if I was told I was out of luck on a recall or warranty. Be very careful with this place and make sure you have all of your bases covered before making a purchase, I sure wish I would have.

UPDATEI got my car on Thursday January 26. I noticed it was a little sluggish when I first bought it, but I thought maybe it's because I've been driving a Dodge and it doesn't feel the same.I had to take it back on Tuesday the 31st for every call that they needed to finish up.HOWEVER, THE CAR WOULD NOT START.Needless to say I was a little irritated.So when I told my salesperson, Jason, he came over and jumped the car and took it to the shop himself.After seeing where the battery was, which was a difficult place to get to, I asked him how much it would be to get it replaced at their shop.I was very pleasantly surprise when Jason said that they would replace it for free.I would recommend Corwin, at least the team I worked with, to anybody. They works really hard to get me what I wanted.And I thank you Jason and the finance guy.I REALLY WISH I COULD REMEMBER HIS NAME!!I'LL UPDATE AGAIN WHEN I KNOW HIS NAME.There are so many choices!!If you can't find something at one of the four corwin dealers over there, it probably can't be found.LolPrices are completely legit compared to what you see online. If you do your research, you'll see.My sales person was Jason Neisen. I really wish I could remember the name of the finance guy. They both worked very hard to get me into exactly what I wanted.We ran into some hiccups but they persisted and worked it out. They were very kind and I would definitely recommend them to any friend.

Well after too long I decided to get my airbags replaced due to a recall. It was swamped it took them a few minutes to be able to help me, but no big deal. The guy that helped me was smiling, easy going, and told me it takes about a half day to do it. I decided to wait, but they did offer me a shuttle driver. Waited at the dealership for about 5 hours to get them done, but I got free dr pepper that is always good! They had snacks and plenty of other drinks while you waited. Awesome experience if I can ever afford a new car on disability I am going here!
