Called them. Scheduled an appointment to get 40k service done. Got there right at my scheduled time and my service was completed in 30 minutes. Probably the fastest oil change tire rotation I have ever gotten from a Toyota.

Austin H. was super helpful. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased. Had a great attitude. Not pushy like a lot of salesman we have encountered. Corwin Auto was able to get us the right price for what we wanted. There was some negotiation, and thru the process, no one was negative towards us. Car shopping can be stressful, but positivity is a huge success when everyone is involved. Thank you for the great experience!

Poor experience. Traveled 3 hours to buy our new Honda rather than dealing with Corwin. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

I am so disappointed with the customer service of this company. We purchased the vehicle with the agreement they would fix a few items and detail the SUV for us. However when trying to set this up they were awful to work with as we live 2 hours away and would not return phone calls or emails. We were looking at purchasing a truck from them as well however after getting very rude customer service after the purchase we are taking our business elsewhere.
