Corporate Technologies has had our tech support contract at our church for over seven years. They have always been professional and very responsive. Whenever we have needed help, we usually get it the same day and often within a few hours. Their fee structure is reasonable and their people are tops. We have purchased licensing and products through them and never been disappointed.

My special education unit serves several K-12 school districts in North Dakota, and we have purchased HP laptops from Corporate Technologies for about 15 years now. The sales reps I have worked with are outstanding, with their knowledge and ability to recommend quality machines that fit our needs, at a very competitive price. I've gotten quotes elsewhere from time to time, and I always go back to Corporate Tech! I highly recommend them.

My employer has contracted with CorpTech for IT services for just about a year now. We have had good response times and our contacts with them show them to be very polite and professional. They have been able to resolve all the IT issues we have had.

I took my vehicle in to have the alignment checked, after having my car all day I finally get it back and the alignment is still off. I called to have it re done and it took two days for them to get back to me. Get it back in with a 7:45am appointment and they had it all day and it still wasn't done. No phone call, nothing. The next day it is finally done and the inside was dirtied up by their employees and the reason the alignment wasn't done correctly the first time was because their machine was off and apparently they didn't know. Needless to say, take your business elsewhere. To top it off they parked my vehicle in and I could barely get in it.

Let me start by saying, if I could give this company a negative star, they would get 4 of them. My wife and purchased a 2014 Jeep from them not long ago, we were initially told by the salesman that it had a limited warranty left on it, so we signed the paperwork, and about 2 hours later and after being approached by 6 different people (I am not kidding), we left. My wife drives the car for kid you not, 5 days, and we are back in the store having something repaired. Remember that limited warranty we were told about, it turned out that the car did not have one after all, just a lie the salesman told us when selling us the vehicle. That was the first return to the dealership for repairs. Another month went by and oh guess what we are back at the dealership for more repairs, only this time they fixed one problem and created another (one that no other mechanic could figure out) so for the third time in less then a year we brought the Jeep back in to have more repair work done. They don't know what the problem is! They guessed it may be this and found out that it was that instead . Frustrated by this, we reached out to Chrysler Jeep and made our case, they didn't care and were not going to do anything. After they figured out what the problem was, they called us and told us we could get the vehicle in and they would take the cost of the diagnostic check ($123.00) off of the cost of the repair, and my wife was even told that she would only have to pay for the part, not the labor (by their head mechanic no less). We had had enough, and since Corwins was not willing to do more then refund one diagnostic fee (which remember, they told us they would), we decided to get rid of the Jeep and purchase a new car from a different dealership (best decision ever). Now they are refusing to refund the diagnostic fee, because the mechanic that offered the refund, apparently needs to be paid and that is our responsibility, not Corwins. Crooks! I highly recommend you go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. We wish we had.

Sold me a lemon. The service department is full of dishonesty. They will try and squeeze any dime they can from you for unnecessary repair work. And if you bought a warranty plan from them..well good luck. I've told them my concerns and not one person has reached out to ask me one question. I fully regret my purchase and will now take my business to Luther family Buick GMC.
