Every time my child's mother attempts to get a lower dose she's met with a response that her nurse or doctor is booked...they literally won't let you lower your dose...

This place was actually helpful to me but some of the staff are very rude and have no compassion. I was only 1 minute late to get my weekend dose and they pushed me away causing me to cry and have a mental breakdown. As I had to get a ride to even get there. They only care about their salaries.

Very judgemental staff, they all gossip about patients and one staff member is even addicted to the same drugs they try to treat. Very unprofessional
