I'm a cleaner for this place so I only know what it's like nearing closing time. With the staff (as in the banking people) they all are very friendly.

I had a saving account with this bank that I opened years ago when they had a good interest rate. I stopped putting money into the account after the interest rate decreased considerably. A month ago I completed the paperwork to close the account and transfer the remaining funds, over $5000, to my credit union that I have an account with. The money was not transferred to my CU account after a week. I called the bank and was told that the paperwork was missed and was still on the recipients desk. I was told that it would be forwarded to the correct team ASAP. About a week and a half later, the bank called my wife and told her that they initiated the transfer. A month to the day I still have not received my money. I called and was told that the transfer was mistakenly put on hold. There was no explanation why. I asked if I could go to a local branch and get a cashiers check and was told that the local branch lobby hours are 9-3, so they would be closed by the time I get there. Again, I was told that the transfer will be started and that I will have the money in 3 days. These people are grossly incompetent at best and at worst .... well ready between the lines.

I had someone hack my account for over $500, This person who did it had it show up as instacart transaction which I had never used at the time. Then it switched to a young man's name. I found this young man on ******** and messaged him. I messaged him online and he called me and let me know he was also a current customer and his account had been hacked as well for over $3,000. Current support would not do anything to correct this as both he and I filed police reports. Current told us that since it showed it was a current customer to current customer that we had to know each other and would not let us dispute the transfers. Current refused to listen or even take the police report I filed. I feel they can careless and will not listen to customers. I have always felt this was a shady as I just kept being told "YOU OBVIOUSLY KNEW THE GUY, YOU SENT HIM MONEY." They refused to listen to anything I had to say. They stole my kids grocery money and I still have a bitter taste in my mouth over this.

I have been with choice bank for 14 years starting in Langdon, the service was great at first. Lately I can't even get ahold of the branch in Fargo off of 45th street and the service is by far subpar. Still waiting for a new debit card, called in twice with no answer. I think it's time to find a new bank that can print cards on the spot and actually have customer service. Glad I made the right "choice" of using a different bank for my business accounts.

Choice is a wonderful Bank! Personally, I've banked with Choice Financial since 2012. They do "Put the People" first!

This Bank does business with current a banking institution online they have misleading information in regards to when your money will be deposited after you do a payment transfer from your own personal bank Please be aware. I have called the bank to have my funds released because their app reflect a time and date of the funds that will be deposited after your payment transfer and it's still not available in my account I need someone to call me back in regards to my money immediately

I recently changed to banking with Choice and I have had the best experience. Lysette has worked with me as my personal banker and she has gone above and beyond to make my experience and transition an ease. They truly care about their customers and I look forward to banking with them!

Current bank has been such an inconvenience! I woke up a couple of days ago to over 100 unauthorized transactions all over the world! Current closed my account which cause a huge inconvenience as I was not able to get any of my money ! They stated they sent an email to me from account services with next steps! I have yet to receive the email! I’ve asked them multiple times how else I can receive the communication to get this resolved! I keep getting the run around ! This is the worst! This bank doesn’t help and I’m starting to think they’ve never even sent me an email to have this resolved !

I think that this is an awful company. I'm on disability and I just started banking with them 2 months ago and has had nothing but problems with them. Someone stoled my bank card information and was buying stuff with it. I tried to fight the charges and they refused to help me. I live in the USA and the charges were being made from the Philippines. I filed a police report and contacted the companies and the bank. Still no help from the bank. You can't even get ahold of someone on the phone. I just want my money back

Terrible customer service. When they were smaller, they sent me someone else's checks and asked if I could destroy them via a handwritten note in the mail with my real checks. Now that they have 2 more locations, they think they're a big deal and charge a ton of ridiculous fees. There are many more convenient/easier to work with banks out there!

First, Choice has been a great bank overall. Few little things that are obnoxious, but thats inevitable. Every bank has something. Business itself: as expected. The real scale tipper are the employees here. Wow! Is all I can say. Always friendly, always looking for ways to help and making things happen. I havent been with them too terribly long yet, but long enough to have seen this phenomenal level of service ?. Since day 1 with these guys, its been a very pleasant experience. Service/staff/people: A+
