I've had a lot of good experiences here, however I'm giving it a 3 because when I went in for some pants I was actively ignored. With this one trip you've lost about a 250 dollar sale.

A lot of high end expensive clothing. Graphic T's alone are almost $50. They have a wide selection but it is all a bit pricy. Really nice remodel and kind staff though

First time in the store. Went shopping for work jeans for my son. The employee greeted us promptly and directed us to the area of jeans we were looking for. Same employee signed me up for the rewards program instead of make me do it online. We will shop there again.

First time in the store. I'm 6'4" 310lbs. I usually hate clothes shopping because nothing fits. What a pleasure to find so much to choose from and the clothes didn't look like tarps and tents! I even found professional sports logo stuff that looked like everyone else's. The nice young lady there was helpful but not under foot. I'll be back.

I ripped the last pair of clean jeans I had and didn't have time to do laundry before I went out of town on an important trip early the following morning. I went into the store around 6:55pm, looked at jeans for a minute or two before grabbing a few pairs to try on. I asked if I could pop into a fitting room quick to make sure they fit, and was told by the very obviously annoyed woman at the counter that the store closed in 3 minutes. I really needed these pants, so as a solution to the problem that would get me out of there quick I told the woman that the jeans I'm wearing are the same brand, and asked if I could just run into the dressing room quick and check the size of the pants I had on since if I knew the size I'd know whether or not the pants I was looking to buy would fit. I got an annoyed response of "Yeah, I guess". I go into the dressing room, am in there for maybe 30 seconds and come back out knowing the jeans I picked would not fit and maybe spent another 30-45 seconds grabbing one that would. I went up to check out and apologized to the woman at the register and told her that I didn't know they closed at 7pm and tried to be as quick as possible. The response one would expect to get from this is an "It's okay" or "No problem" even if maybe they were a bit annoyed, but instead I was met with a response of "yeah, well we have closed at 7pm for a while now", to which I responded I had not been to the store in a while, so I didn't know. The associate was clearly annoyed by my presence and made no attempt to hide that fact. I found it to be a little bit rude. I had no intention of keeping her past the store closing time. I'll think twice before I shop here again.
