Store displays the incorrect prices on items because the system updates at midnight. When you ask for the price that is listed there is "no way to honor that price, other then not sell you the item". Manager wants to argue with the customer because she doesn't have time to update the prices right away in the morning. Manager then refuses to help the customer and calls their manager to discuss other concerns regarding the store. Refusing to tell what actually happened in the store and telling a false story. Literally the worst caseys I have ever been in.

I visited this Caseys on 4-29-24. I was incredibly impressed by the character and warm friendly demeanor of Jon-Cody. He was positive, happy to be there, and spreading smiles to everyone that checked out at the register. It gave me hope in humanity.

I'm so tired of all these Casey's, is there a single good one around here that knows what they're doing and wants to know when they mess up? Why even have a phone if we call you a couple times for half an hour total and you don't even answer? All i wanted was what I paid for. Why would you give Doordash the wrong pizza for a customer? Why would you not check to make sure it's the right pizza before you hand it over? Why did you make sure you put a ticket in a bag for my side of candies, but then decided not to tape a ticket to my pizza box(like every other place does for pizza) so that the delivery partner, the Casey's employee, and myself know exactly what we're getting immediately? I'm sick, I can't go out and grab what I want right now. So, now me and someone else out there got pizza that we hate and neither of us can do anything about it because there's no working phone and you can't even send a basic customer satisfaction email like every other place does.

The guys in the kitchen are very nice and the pizza turned out super fresh. Would go again and maybe even enjoy my meal in the large dining area near the back!

Do you enjoy caseys lunch? Well don't go here. Lunch is never ready when it's suppose to be. Most people take a lunch at 12 not 12:45. Terrible kitchen crew

Poor customer service. I was there today to get gas and other stuff total price $51.46 . I given $100 bill she return back $33.54 I asked less money she mad and not trusting me . Asked manager he came try to talk with me she was keeping talk no thing happen. I told manager to look camera ? than he told give $15.00 more. Walk outside try to get gas still asking money again went inside told manger than only gas pump started. Thank you manager to solve problems.

Usually pretty good service at this location but if you ain't going to accept $100 and 50s just because a person buys $4 when person buys $4 worth of drinks if you guys ain't trying to accept that then maybe you should post it won't accept fifties or hundreds unless you buy a certain amount of s*** money's money that's what you guys are in the business for is making money

One word. Appalled. Went to get some snacks after getting off work. They charged me double for an item and luckily I had kept the receipt. My dad went back in and then I had to go back in to try to put the money back on my card. They failed after having me put back my card, multiple times. Finally they just gave me back the money for that item in cash. As we were leaving we heard them badmouthing us. I remember seeing a buy one get one free for the items that were causing us trouble but decided against going back in again but I never want to set foot in there again. It was just bad customer service all around and the items I bought didn't even taste that good.

Don't wast your time. First they have no working bathrooms.. like what kind of gas station that sells food has no working bathrooms. Is that even legal from a safe food stand point Bought?Second, Bought fuel for my truck prepay.. because I needed more that $125 ok .. got pre pay receipt. Pumped fuel. Pump said see cashier. Went in to get receipt with gals on it to use for upside app and turn in to company for reimbursement. But they couldn't print one with the gallons on it. Asked "what I am to do if my compy doesn't reimburse me because of this? Do I have to sue you?" Manager got all mad. Couldn't even give me the right customer service number.So in short for sure I am out the $5 in get upside money and may be on the hook for the whole 200 because I choose the one gas station that can't print a receipt with the gals on it if you pre pay.

Disgustingly expired and congealed milk is being sold here.Their coolers were down for over a week. Now they're working again but the milk was clearly not stored properly. Today is June 23rd 2021.Upon calling and speaking with someone claiming they were a lady who can manage.She stated "it's not our problem, call the milk vendor"To benefit your own health; simply never return to this location.

Since the beginning of time people have decided to consume food at 12:00. Since the opening of this Casey's people have been disappointed when they arrive to consume food at 1200 and there's no food. To correct this there's a crazy idea of making food before 1200 so when it's 1200 people aren't disappointed. Might be life changing

One star is for the awesome driver!!! I ordered a taco pizza it looked like a day old pizza with crushed chips... No onion no tomato no lettuce as shown in pic. Don't recommend the Casey's on 42nd.
