Absolutely ghetto excuse for a caseys. Apparently the bathrooms have been out of service for 4 months. Came in to pickup a pizza order, instead of being greeted i was met with a blank stare. I said i was here to pickup a pizza order i was once again met with a crap attitude because i was there too soon. I would recommend staying away from this trash establishment.

Just came in for caffeine, immediately upon entering I see and hear a power tripping manager (I’m assuming) berating an employee that was standing behind the counter. She went on about his attitude as if she was scolding a toddler and yet, he was a full grown man. The brunt of it was she didn’t like his “tone”. As someone who has also been talked to like this for my perceived “tone” in conversation, I had to hold back from correcting this wild manager in front of her subordinates, as I’m sure it would only make the very public scene worse. I’m currently on hold with this location, I’ll find the store number and will be making a formal complaint once I get her name. This was unbelievably unprofessional, a true instance of a small minute amount of power going straight to an otherwise unremarkable woman’s head.To the employees, I am sincerely saddened that you have to put up with such garbage management and hope it gets corrected. As if working at a gas station isn’t hard enough, I can’t fathom dealing with a power tripping irate and highly emotional manager on top of it.

Instead of waiting on my husband and I, your superior employee was out back smoking pot instead! You lost out on a big sale because we had cigarettes and other tobacco that we were going to purchase. I will never step foot in that place again, and I will file every complaint possible within the city, And to this company. This is absolutely the worst store I have ever been in!

One of the worst caseys in the area. Staff is extremely under trained and unprofessional, what got me was the lady working the till overcharged me and argued with me about it.

Ordered a couple of pizzas and the cook told me, "just when I thought I was getting a break." I cannot wait until our workforce is at full strength so we don't have to deal with rude workers. They can just be unemployed like the old days.

Monday April 18th 11:30 am I went to the gas station with the thought of suicide on my mind the cashier was very kind and really made my day. I can say he saved my life so I thank you for that

The cashier was more concerned about the gentleman behind me making jokes instead of paying attention to what I asked for. Will be calling management to reiterate issue.

I had paid for gas on pump 4 and the guy asked so "you're on pump two?" I said no I'm on pump 4. He said ok. I went to pump my gas and he had put the prepay on pump 2. I went back to ask it to be switched to where I actually was on pump 4 and the dude was completely argumentative and confrontational. You need to have better hiring proccess if these are the characters you are employing. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
