“We had the opportunity to work with Jason (sales) and Taylor (designer). Super fun and easy to work with. The whole process was super smooth and we are super thankful for our new kitchen! There was some manufacturer issues that Jason quickly took ownership and was able to fix the problem right away. He always went the extra mile! We are so glad Jason was our salesman. One caviar, one of my decision making to choose Floor To Ceiling was because of no additional processing fee with my credit card but when I made my final payment they had changed the policy to start charging an extra fees for it. Definitely was a bummer news to find out. Hopefully the company decides to remove the processing fees because I have a lot more projects to work on it in the near future and have mention to all of our friends about Floor to Ceiling! :D

Overall, we are still super pleased with the kitchen project and had met beyond our expectation!! Thank you Jason and Taylor. I hope you guys get to have them as your sales and designer and you wont be disappointed!”
