“Great location! I rent often and from this location about half the time. They have a great selection and customer service is always fantastic here. The other day, their car cleaner called off and it was only two employees, Cassie & Sophia, working. They had myself & literally like 15-20 other people lined up inside for rentals. They had to rent new cars, take in drop offs & even clean each vehicle & they were incredible. I thought I was in trouble when I seen how many people needed to be helped but they handled this rough situation admirably. It was much quicker than I thought! Thanks for this location & the high quality service Enterprise!”

“It's right off the interstate, so convenient location, but it's not obvious or easy to see. Also, you have to go past the place and make a u-turn on Main Avenue, then backtrack a bit.”
“This is a very efficient and pleasant Enterprise office. Employees clearly wanted to make sure my experience was a good one. I stopped in a few days before my pickup day and talked with Naja about why I reserved the car class I did and she went out of her way to make sure I had exactly what I needed on pickup day, even though she was off that day! Chris also made me feel like my business was important to them and was very helpful. I greatly appreciate both of them. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!”

“It is frustrating to not be able to pick up a rental when it's needed. For the past several months Enterprise and National have not been able to meet my car rental needs. At times they have no cars available when I need one and other times the cars I get have a check engine light or service vehicle now light. I'm disappointed at the car availability.”

“Great experience with Budget. Our flight was delayed out of O'hare and we arrived 5 hours later than expected to Fargo which made it close to 11pm. Budget had our keys ready for the SUV and the young lady at the desk had us on our way in a jiffy. Upon leaving Fargo we had forgot the rental agreement in our luggage and our flight was leaving at 7:30am so we dropped the keys in the drop box and want to thank whomever handled the return process on our car. Overall very satisfied with Budget and will continue to use the brand as we have always been treated well.”

“I needed to rent a vehicle on the 15 of August for an appointment to Minneapolis on the 16th of August. I needed a van or an suv so I could bring my neices to the Mall of America after my appointment. I checked with Enterprise, Avis and they were asking over 300 dollars for a day trip. I then searched on Google and U-SAVE came up. I called them and they were able to get a van ready for me. I picked up within the hour. I drove to Minneapolis and back without any issues. The van was very clean, cold ac, very comfortable leather seats, ran and drove like it should.It had a DVD player. We watched movies in it all the way to Minneapolis. My neices had so much fun on this trip and thanks to U-Save. It also only costed me 78 dollars. I saved over 200 dollars. If you're looking to rent don't waste your money elsewhere.”
