It took about an hour, they gave me a great view out of my windshield and are very professional. They set the bar for customer service. If I need a windshield, they are the place I'll be going to!”

“Here’s the thing: they did excellent work. They are very nice people and want to do a good job for you. The issue is how long it takes. It look them a month to fix our vehicle. I know there are a lot of moving parts with insurance adjusters, ordering parts, etc, but still, it seemed excessive compared to the other estimate I got saying it would take a week. Anyway, you could make the argument that you’re waiting for higher quality work, but it was frustrating. Just make sure you make arrangements to have a temporary replacement vehicle for an extended amount of time.”
