Went in to the store twice while I was out there for a week and was ignored in the boot department and the hat department both days the staff made eye contact with me and just walked off. Most likely will not return to this location. On top of that my wife and kids kept tripping over boots that were laying in the aisles

The recent expansion of this store has brought a ton of variety to its selection. While western wear isn't our usual choice, Boot Barn's partnership with our company for work boot vouchers drew us in. Despite our initial intimidation by the vast selection, the associates' kindness, patience, and knowledge made the experience enjoyable.
My wife and I have always had difficulty finding the right boots, but Danielle made a huge difference. She taught us all we needed to know about protective footwear to make the proper selection and ensured my wife found the perfect boot. We were returning a pair that hadn't broken in right, and she made it very easy to exchange them. The overall experience was great, and we will absolutely come back for our workwear needs in the future!

The Manager Nayeli worked with us for almost 2 hours. She, when we left, said I’ll call you when the order is in. Well, it’s been a week, so called to see if the order was in. The Manager Nayeli yes The Manager…..never ever ordered anything. The reason it’s upsetting is because one we have to go thru this company and two we don’t live in town so have to drive HOURS. Now, we have to make another trip to just have her order them unless we can find brand. So, please if you feel this was unnecessary-no one needs to listen. No one needs to read or comment. I wanted to share our experience especially after coming here numerous times before. Thank you

Very displeased with the service at Boot Barn. Took another customer to find a store Associate, and when she finally came from the back of the store, she proceeded be on her phone at the same time as we were in the process of paying for our items. Less to say we'll never be back to Boot Barn. The Associate and the other person next to her didn't seem to care that's for sure.

Worst experience ever at Bootbarn, first off no automatic doors for handicapped people in wheelchairs. Second thing is they are rude and obnoxious and on their phones, don’t pay attention to customers at the checkout. Third thing is their boot selection sucks too. Never going back

Absolutely love this store! I was a little intimidated when I first walked in. But the friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel at ease. And after several attempts we were able to find the right pair of boots for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking to buy quality footwear. The Boot Barn is where it's at!
