This is a very terrible establishment . The staff is very rude and not pleasent and they will steal money from you. No customer service , they'll yell at you to leave before your check out time of 11AM, they will keep banging on your door even before 11am to ask you to leave . They also tried charging my card after I had stay there for an additional day, luckily I had locked my card so the money was decline, I call and the manager with an Indian accent did not explain why and why I asked he hung up on me and trust me I'm not exaggerating . WORST ESTABLISHMENT IN FARGO - DO NOT BOOK HERE

This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at would rate it a 0 star. The sheets were dirty towels did not smell fresh not sure they even use soap to wash them. If u want fresh towels u have to take dirty ones to the front desk. The shower was stained and dirty I was there for a week and they did not once clean our room and because of events in town they hiked their rates to $300 a night I wouldn't stay here even for free. U are better off sleeping in ur car.
Rooms: Rooms are not clean if u stay here go buy sheets

Hotel is a dump, rooms are dirty. Little to no hot water. Towels were wet and stunk. No door knob on the bathroom in room 112. Owners were more than happy to price gouge us when we came into town late at night on a road trip and didn't care when we weren't happy with the room Should have slept in the car. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Everything in this hotel is brand new! It looks like these owners have been spending a ton of time and money renovating this place. Our linens still had creases on them from being so new. Front desk people were polite and helpful. They even showed us our room before we booked it??
Rooms: Most of the stuff in our room was brand new. The place is quiet and cozy. Definitely going to sleep god here.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. We booked through Expedia, and on the way to the hotel we had a family member pass away. I called to ask about a refund and told us we needed to contact Expedia - I did, and they opened a case to help me get a refund. I received a letter stating that the hotel made the decision they would not refund me. I understand it was past the cancellation time, but we did not plan for the death of a family member. We rescheduled our trip, but we will definitely not be staying at the bison inn.

This hotel is scamming they charged me 58.67 and I never even stayed there or paid for a room. The hotel looked very dirty from just walking around would never stay there with my kids

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bison inn and Suites and I must say, it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that exceeded my expectations.
The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby every night. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the plush towels to the high-quality toiletries.
The hotel's location was also perfect, situated in a convenient area close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and see.
Overall, Bison inn and Suites surpassed all of my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

When I arrived the lobby looked nice but as I got up to my room I noticed the photos online had been edited A LOT and looked nothing like the photos in real life, there were holes in the walls plugged with paper, the bathtub faucet leaked something fierce all weekend, the curtain tracks were broken and the plug in the bathroom sink was stuck almost completely closed ontop of dealing with other guests screaming and fighting which resulted in the cops showing up. Definitely didn't look as sketchy online as it actually was.

We booked this motel for the Kane brown concert we got here the dude at the front desk was nice we have had multiple problems with the room no hot water the tub don’t work only the shower does it’s super ice cold I have kids there’s tweakers jumping in and out of the dumpster tweakin around there gunk on the walls the water sticks like fish! I’m scared for me and my kids safety people keep knocking on our door you can easily peak in on the rooms the doors have a visible crack so people can look at you the toilet seat is broken also save your money and do not stay here! Blood on the counter top and garbage under the bed
