We bought a sewer camera called a Sewer Eye and its excellent. We are very impressed with this camera as we use it to inspect 6 inch sewers in Chicago. This camera is as good as the Ridgid we use and it is far less expensive. Plus the customer service is personable and they want to make sure we are satisfied. Called them up to ask about a failure with my new LG TV. They didn't have the time to do the manufacturer warranty, but were able to suggest what could be wrong with it and were very helpful. Don't buy TVs from Best Buy

I would have loved to have left a positive review. But after about a 30 second phone call where the owner refused to even look at my repair and tried to insult me because I did a little research first, I realized this was the last place I should've called. Since it seemed he didn't want or need the work, I asked him if he could refer me to someone else. He refused. Fargo/Moorhead evidently needs a service place that wants business. Full disclosure: the repair was simply a PA speaker that was going directly into “protect mode†when powered on. He ultimately told me that the repair would be “not worth his time“.

They fixed my vintage Marantz receiver with no problems! Didnt take long either! Probably 1 of the only people around the Fargo area that will fix stuff like that anymore! Friendly & reasonable prices too.

Called about getting my CRT TVs cleaned and adjusted and they turned me down saying they don't work on them anymore. What kind of TV repair shop are they? Not a very good one in my opinion. I have a collection of arcade monitors and Sony CRT Trinitrons for retro gaming. 2 of which are HD models and one if them is the XBR model that was thousands of dollars new and one of the best monitors for PlayStation and Xbox. Sorry, but these guys are not a true TV repair shop.
