Very poor customer service.Was told I was going to get a new phone 9 days ago when I was at the store. Then was told it was going to take 2 days and now I'm being told possibly this coming Tuesday (or Wednesday) which is 14 days from the original day I was going to get a new phone. When I called for updates I kept getting told it was on it's way and now today they had to reorder it. Which they didn't even know what phone I had originally ordered. When I asked about any credit for having to use a broken phone for over a week, when I was told I was going to have a brand new phone the day I went in, the manager said they could file a customer service complaint but I wouldn't know the outcome until the new phone comes in (which they don't know exactly when that will be and means they won't help until I pay for it).

Dont load up all the extras without saying how much they are first. We don't have to buy them there. Paying for set up fees twice in one visit is not cool.
