I had a hard time trying to pay my bill and verizon FAQ's suggested I come in and so I did. I walked in and Caleb wasted no time assisting me and I had little to no questions as he was knowledgeable and took care of my phone bill needs. Thank you! Much appreciated.

Service is great at this location. However, do not get the BeMobile Reality deal. $75 upfront for $25 gift cards every month. However, the gift cards cannot be stacked and everything in the store is about 4-5 times the amount you could get it elsewhere. You end up doing what they plan for you to do.. spend much more using the gift cards than just purchasing elsewhere. I realized this beforehand, but just didn’t realize everything in the store is so expensive - they don’t put price tags on anything, and don’t tell you the gift cards expire, can’t be stacked, etc. Makes sense for their profit purposes but doesn’t seem like an ethical way to go about it.
