I had a particularly cumbersome problem with my automatic window on a '99 Buick. Parts are hard to come by and still unreliable. Travis had top notch communication and worked hard to find a solution and fix the problem. I wasn't, for a single moment, facing additional costs to the initial estimate.
And they went above and beyond to accommodate me as they were working extra hard fix the problem.
The amount of things that went wrong felt like a curse, but the ethics of Quality Auto Body was a blessing.
You can't choose when your car needs repairs, but you can choose who you trust to help you.

They worked on our 2016 Town and Country. The dent repair they did was fine. When we went to pick it up it wouldn't start, and was getting a "Broken Key" message.
I would think it was a coincidence, but during the dent repair they called to ask if we had any issues with our sliding door controls (we hadn't), they said they weren't working after they had opened the passenger door up for dent repair. They said they would replace a module, and it was never brought up again.
I believe they did something that damaged the module in the sliding door and the antenna module. They replaced one, but not the other.
They had a tech at a dealership look at it, but deceptively asked only if it could be related to the original dent, and not the subsequent work they did on the electronics.
I will never bring another vehicle there. Their failure to own up to this damage reveals a moral failing in their management.
I repair equipment for a living as well, and would NEVER return broken equipment to a customer and tell them it wasn't my problem when the problem originated in my possession.
Edit in response to Quality Auto Body response:
Now you are lying.
1. My wife did not even know about the bypass of inserting the key! That's why she had to leave the van at your shop the first time she came to pick it up. I had to come pick it up. None of your staff would help me either. I had to figure out the bypass. Also, I drive the van about as much as my wife so would have definitely been aware of any issues.
2. I called the representative at the dealership you took the van to and he said you did not mention the electrical issues you caused and resolved when it was discussed. He said you portreyed the work as body only, which was not true. When I talked to him he said the module you worked on could absolutely have cause a short in the antenna module.

Missed like almost all of our under cRriage and suspension damage on our accident quote. Guy must be fresh out of middle school, I wouldn't take my stuff here if it was free, reputation around town is accurate. Hard pass

Had a parking lot door dent in my new pickup. Took it to 2 other places for an estimate before coming to Baileys. The first estimate was $425 and the second was over $1800 including a lot of painting. Took it to Baileys and their estimate was about $225. They did say they couldn’t guarantee I wouldn’t see the mark in the paint but would do their best to buff it out. The dent was unnoticeable when they got done and no paint damage. Highly recommend. Good to work with, got it repaired within a couple days and very satisfied with the job

I had a door ding that hit a couple spots on my drivers side back door. it didn't look like it had damaged the paint. I had one estimate for $450 and another at a PDR/Body shop for $1800( they said they had to blend the paint). went to Baileys got an estimate for less than $225 set up an appointment and they finished in less than 3 hours Including wash the vehicle. They said they could not guarantee the stuff would not be noticeable but I really can't see any damage at all. I would recommend this for your first stop on any PDR type body repair
