Rude inconsiderate manager employee. I went in at 8:40pm on7/8. I was walking ahead, looked up from the register and yelled at me and my friend, and told us, "I'm closed. You need to go to the 13th." I looked at my watch and told her what time it actually was. I've never been treated so poorly at an autozone than that day. All I was trying to do is a core fee return. Will never go back to that store, and the only reason I go to it is that's the only one in north Fargo

The staff they have are very bad. I wanted to use the bathroom and from inside the bathroom they left and they yelled at me and banged on the bathroom door. I don't recommend them.

I'm so grateful everytime I need assistance how the Autozone employees work with me to figure out what is needed, help me understand how to fix it and make sure things get working. I don't come in with a lot of car knowledge. Tonight, Charlie, was amazing in being patient and figuring out things even though they weren't straightforward. I even had to leave and come back over an hour later and he remembered me and was able to get things to where it needed to be.

As I pulled out of the Walmart on 52nd Ave, my serpentine belt broke. Luckily, I was able to limp my vehicle to the nearby AutoZone. Unfortunately, the belt I needed was not on site. However, the knowledgeable staff (a big thank you to Winston) located a belt at another AutoZone location and had it delivered to me quickly.
I replaced the belt in their parking lot and was on my way shortly after. It was an unpleasant situation, but I made it through because of the help and service I received.

Carter the parts manager was awesome and the definition of going the extra mile! Moving out of state, early in morning with a loaded truck and I need a new alternator. He not only tested to make sure the old alternator was the issue, but he let me use his jumper cables. I would’ve had to dig through the back of boxes to get to my cables and he trusted me to borrow his personal cables. Great customer service and knew his stuff!! Thank you, Carter!

My husband stopped in today for a trailer plug adapter and was helped by Carter. He was very willing to help and went above and beyond by ensuring the product would work. He even helped make sure the lights worked after we installed the product. We both really appreciated his amazing customer service.

All the Toyota needed was a pair of bulbs for the license plate bracket. Easy, right? Getting the screws out was nearly impossible. The manager gave me so much help, considering the price of two tiny bulbs. Thanks Dave. Your helpful attitude rocks.
