Connie told me Saturday that the truck would be on Monday as the air filter I needed was out of stock. Went today, still not stocked. Connie said she hadn't looked at the truck delivery yet, & even as I was the only one there, she couldn't be bothered to go check. I ordered off Amazon instead & am getting it tomorrow & saving money. Won't be going back.

I’m sure Connie is a fantastic grandma but she should not be working here. Waited 15+ minutes to be checked out while Connie sat in the back talking to the ACS. Then when I was helping an individual with the code reader I offered to read off the VIN and she grabbed the phone from us and just said “no it’s better for me to read it myself” (rather snarky) she’s does get one star because she knew what a channel lock was.

Went to get a part for my step son in law. He called it in was told it was ready. Got there not ready. Had to call my step son in law and had to get the part number from him and they got the part. Paid for it and left. Not too happy with this place. Hopefully they get get this straightened out next time this happens.

This is one of those places I shouldn’t be allowed in alone. Love the selection, all the parts are decent. Only once did they not have what I was looking for, and only because it was out of stock. This is my goto place for parts. They have rewards, and the online experience is the biggest help, because of the repair guides. It’s almost like having a Haynes repair manual.

The messy haired boy with glasses should learn the definition of customer service rather than watching tik tik videos. All good, I went to Oreilys and was able to find the part I needed. Won’t be back.

Terrible service the bigger guy there was very rude to me I came in a second time and a guy in a grey shirt was very helpful and the other gentleman there with a red shirt was also very knowledgeable and seemed like he knew what he was talking about

I’ve been to this AutoZone a few times, and each time, the guys there go above and beyond to help me. They are very willing to help, they give me tips to handle my issue if I need to go to a shop and ways to save money or recommendations that they trust. They helped me so much tonight that I HAD to give a review. All I know is for us single gals, we need more guys like this in the world!! Seriously.
