Bought a auto start a few years ago. Was charged $75 dollars more than what was quoted and never had a push button start. Which they explained it would cost more if I had one. Wife picked up truck so didn't see the price change till new credit card statement. Then the main fab started burning out batteries in a day or 2 didn't event have it for 6 months. I went in I was hoping for a warrentee or something. Was told nope and it would cost a $150 to get a new fab programmed.

Auto start lasted maybe 3 months went back and they fixed it but busted my key so I couldn’t drive the vehicle. They tried to blame the broken key on me saying that I must have broke it before. Makes no sense because I wouldn’t be able to drive. It’s a cheaper place for your car but also has cheap and very bad equipment. It’s not worth anyones time and I would try to find a better place and spend a little more to have a better quality. Will never go back. Lastly auto start only ends up working when your next to the car so their is no purpose of it.

I bought an astro start from Auto Systems about 3 months ago. To make a long story short I had it intalled in three different vehicles in that time. I just had it installed again a week ago in my outback and it was acting up. Jay and Randy were so helpful in taking the tim to find out the problem and fixed it in minimal time and had me back on the road in no time. I had a bad module and they took care of me. My ASTRO start remote was acting up, was making unusual hum noice continually. I got excellent service today (bitter cold out), fixed and replaced same day, within 15 to 30 to process, I setup an appointment just hours before to replace remote.. After they troubleshoot, new outer case only option didn't work in my situation because of the continual hum noise, but replacement remote works, quickly done in minutes, awesome!

DO NOT BUY AN AUTO START HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.. AFTER BRINGING IT BACK TWICE FOR THEM TO "FIX" IT HERE I AM FOR THE 3RD TIME WITH A CAR THAT DOESNT START DUE TO THEIR INSTALL.. OH AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TRY TO CHARGE ME WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN LAST TIME. EITHER SCAM ARTISTS OR THEIR INSTALLER DOESNT HAVE A CLUE WHAT HES DOING.. SO AGRY RIGHT NOW CANT EVEN DRIVE TO SEE MY FAMILY FOR THE HOLIDAY BECAUSE OF THIS..

I had an issue with my autostarter not working. They were able to find, after some digging, that the batteries needed to be replaced. They only charged me for the batteries, even with a bit of labor.
