“I live 500 miles from Fargo, but this dealership had the make, model and trim package I wanted. Even with their computer systems down, they worked with me to purchase the vehicle over the phone. The process was so smooth on my end, though I know they worked late on their end to get all the paperwork done. The paperwork was signed on a Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday morning they had the vehicle delivered to my pick up destination that was 2 hours away from Fargo. Not only was the process smooth, the pricing was the best I found within 500 miles. I was hesitant to call in the first place and thought the process would be a pain, but I’m so glad I worked with them! I have the exact vehicle I want for an excellent price and it really was so easy. I would do it all over again—my only regret is not calling them sooner!
