I had a great experience at the West Acres AT&T store when I went to get a new phone. I was helped with my purchase and phone set-up by Shaq. He was patient, informative, and thorough. He answered my questions and provided thoughtful service. It was closing time, but he stayed to make sure my phone was completely ready to go. Fantastic service.

I needed a screen protector replaced. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The gal there went above and beyond and cleaned something out of one of the little speakers on my phone. I always get great service at that store!

Robbie did an awesome job for me this morning! I have not been happy with AT&T for a very long time, but if I can see Robbie when I come in, I will be happy. Robbie and Sam were so helpful. We were planning to go to another store but the person was not very friendly, so I called another store and Sam was so helpful and friendly on the phone and then Robbie was so incredibly helpful in the store. This was the best experience I have ever had with ATT and I have been a customer for over 20 years!!

Great customer service experience considering I have verizon service. Nick replaced my screen protector when I tried verizon and they would not help me. Nick was kind, conversational as well as helpful in replacing my screen protector. Thank you Nick at AT&T. I appreciate your assistance.
