I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I have had nothing but problems with my sound system for 13 years. Midco didn’t know how to get the system working and recommended Arctic Audio. I called them and they were beyond nice. They came over right away and In 30 minutes they had everything working. I have music throughout my house just in time for Christmas. I love these guys! I highly recommend them as they are definitely the best in the area!

Went in for questions regarding paneling, the owner wasn’t very nice to answer my questions he was more interested in bragging about all the knowledge he knows rather than to answer my questions. He was very disrespectful and made me feel very small, like if I was a bother. Especially when I was willing to spend money in his store. I personally don’t recommend business here, unless you want to deal with rude staff. P.s the employee at the front was the only nice and welcoming person.

Would not recommend. Person who I think was owner would not even open a box to let me hear a speaker. Didn't have the time or day for me on what could've been a big dollar sale. Competition was sure helpful!!

Highly recommend! Rod and his team made it so easy & not overwhelming . He listened to what was important to us and recommended great options. Highly recommend but he is responsible for us fighting over the remote! :)
