“Moved in at the start of 2023 and we love it here not to mention it's nice that they are small enough where their main offices are right in the same build and it's super quite for being right off a busy roadway at 4955 address..definitely recommend vs. Going with someone like enclave (our old apartment/landlord) the 4955 they have underground parking, game room, a movie theater! Yoga studio, weight room, community room to reserver for gatherings,3 seasons outdoor qtrs, fireplaces AND grilles open to the renters with no fees! Super nice highly recommend!”

“There are only 20 reviews, which isn't surprising, because happy people don't leave reviews. If you are moving from outside the Midwest, be careful, the market here is not like a competitive big city. You cannot automatically expect things like central AC and amenities. This place has both and a wonderful, hard working crew, that keeps everything nice.If you want to live loud, have a revolving door of guests, have pets, smoke, or do anything silly, do not come here. The staff is all long term, everyone knows everyone, and they will not put up with nonsense. Are you unqualified and planning on sneaking in on someone else's lease? Don't waste your time. This place has the love and care of both staff and residents, a real community that looks after each other and cares.So, lets do 2 ratings. Rating for people who live civilized & are happy to pay rent on time 5 stars. Rating for people who want to do something dodgy, or have a chip on their shoulders about landlords 0 stars.Proof? See that rude lady Donna's review. I guarantee you she was obstinate and entitled. The office isn't rude, they are firm to their commitment about communicating the rules and making sure everyone lives by them. They do this to protect all of us and probably don't get enough thanks!”

“Jake(Jeremy Renner's look-a-like)Went above and beyond to try and find us the perfect place to live. I was sick on and off and he happily rescheduled and made different arrangements to suit our needs. He never pressured us and we would recommend contacting him personally for any apartment finding needs. Even though we chose another company(which was no fault of his) he was awesome about it and promised to get our deposit back to us ASAP. Thank you Jake! You rock!”

“Lived in one of their apartments for a year. All my calls and questions were quickly answered and move out was a breeze! They did take a little money out of my deposit for carpet cleaning, but that was stated in my lease so I knew about it. The rent was very reasonable and the building wasn't too bad. I recommend them!”
