Traveling through Fargo towing a 37' fifth wheel. We had a spring on the axle break. They were able to get us in and have it repaired within a 24 hour period. Excellent service and value. RV repair shops are seldom able to get you in quickly and provide the same level of service.

I called for a jump start and in less than 5 minutes someone was out and my car was started. Very affordable as well! Driver was very friendly and professional, I have severe social anxiety and am autistic and he made me feel at ease, will definitely use this company in the future!

When it come to customer service over the phone, this company should train a willing animal to replace the weekend agent. I guess a well trained animal will do better than him. No matter what the reason is, a customer service agent who answered a client should be articulate, attentive, willing to listen and find a solution to help the client. First, he said the office was closed but answered the phone. Second, he refused to tell me whether he had my car or not. Third, he wanted me to pay $425 cash in order to tell me whether he had my car or not. Spoiler alert - they didn't even have my car. Turns out it was at another company. Absolutely the least helpful person with the worst attitude I've spoken with in a very long time.

We were in a pretty bad predicament with both of our vehicles and I wasn’t sure who to call. When I spoke to the guy on the phone, he was very pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to get our cars out and I can’t say enough good about them! I wouldn’t hesitate to call them if we need a tow again. Thanks All Pro!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Not a friend of the business or associate. Just a trucker that got stuck, called them and was treated amazingly. I mean hands down some of the best service, time management and group of guys I've ever dealt with. Most of the time u leav feeling robbed or walked on, not here, very professional, very attentive and on the ball. Their mechanic is a rock star as well. Don't go with any other tow shop if you don't have to. Call these guys.

They went out there -20 degrees and they got my truck moving again. Straight to the point , the only thing i can say its that they forgot to include the initial trip to check the truck on the estimate so my estimate went from 600 to 1090 but for a Saturday under -20 degrees , snow conditions cant beat that price , would use them again. Thank you very much !!! No payment over the phone but you have the options to pay with Zelle which is pretty much everyone now days.
