Klaudia has wonderful customer service! My bridal party had stopped by, but we didn't have an appointment. We tried the door and it was locked. Klaudia opened the door for us and let me try on my first ever gowns. She was so attentive and kind. She also was extremely helpful and understanding of my budget. I recommend even stopping by even if you don't end up getting the dress.☺️

I have nothing but great things to say about Klaudia & Co! My dress shopping appointment went wonderfully. Klaudia had a few dresses picked out for me already and then also had me browse dresses I was interested in. The atmosphere was wonderful and all of the employees were so helpful and kind. Would recommend putting this on your list for dress shopping places for sure!

I had a lovely time shopping for my dress at Klaudia & Co. This is a store that you can only purchase what you can see, so I was hesitant at first because I didn't know if I would find exactly what I was looking for. However, when I arrived, it became clear that they had many different styles of dresses. I had some ideas of what I liked, but no idea what my perfect dress would look like. I think if you had a very narrow idea of what you are looking for, this store may or may not have it. One huge benefit though is that if you find your dress, you get to take it home that day!
My stylist, Lauren, was amazing! She has prior experience in altering dresses so she knew what would be possible if I asked her about minor alterations to the dress I was trying on. She was upbeat and fun, and understood some of my more vague ideas. She was also patient as my friends & family pulled many dresses for me to try on. She made the experience eficient, but I didn't feel like it was rushed at all. She also was good at showing me similar styles to ones I liked. Ultimately, I did find and purchase my dress that day!

I went in the shop in October of 2022. I had booked the wrond day for fittings and Klaudia was still able to squeeze me in so my mom could be there for my fitting. She was so accommodating and she made me feel so comfortable trying on many different dresses. At the end of my fitting, she didn't pressure me into picking the dress I thought was the one. I ended up getting my dress there, and loved it. So great to work with and would recommend to all future brides!

Highly recommend Klaudia & Co to every bride. I was so nervous to try on wedding dresses, but the staff made the experience so much fun and eased all my nerves. I walked away that day with THE dress (plus veil and earrings). All the gals at the shop were so helpful and friendly. They made the experience special and a day I will never forget.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond. She genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect dress. Found my dream dress, and couldn't have been happier in it on my wedding day!

Kaitlyn and Klaudia were absolutely incredible to work with! They made the experience SO comfortable and ensured that I got to try on a variety of gowns that I loved. They were amazing at making my family feel at home throughout our time there, too. It was the BEST experience, and I was so happy to find the one there! They picked out a veil for me that perfectly complemented the dress as well. I could not recommend Klaudia & Co more!!! 11/10 experience!

Although the experience of finding a gown for my daughter was beyond amazing, the seamstress for fitting the gown has informed us that the dress is in horrible shape and appears to have been worn previously. “One hug away from tearing.” Due to the no exchange or return policy of the boutique there is nothing to be done. This information now has destroyed any good feelings that had been there. Check your dress carefully if purchasing from here!
