Avoid if you can. The passive aggression is unreal among the providers. It's not even in Minnesota and they have the nicest way of telling you that you are either nuts or malingering.

They put you on hold forever , They never have time to see me, They never have a solution always telling me to go to grafton or cavalier. This place sucks!
