“Called after hours this evening as we had a dog injury. The on-call doc answered her phone and she even called me back to see the status of our estimated time of arrival. We ended up getting in to a vet closer but I had forgotten to call since my little girl was upset because of all the blood. I didn't catch the doctors name but I can say that she definitely deserves 5 stars for customer service and being willing to see our dog even though she hadn't ever seen our small animals before. Thank you so much.”
