Was in a pinch as I had a flat and needed to get to Bismarck for meetings. ‘Can you help me right away?’ ‘Yup, no problem let’s just get some information and Ill get you right in.’ Breath of fresh air from the previous ‘oilfield attitude’ from a nearby competitor. Thanks for the same positive experience I receive at you Minot location, Allen!”
“We were staying 3 nights in Dickinson in our RV. Late on the 3rd night we found we had a flat tire. Since it was Saturday, we had to stay another night to get into this Goodyear store. We arrived 30 minutes before opening since we had no appointment. Amazingly, the door was open and an associate greeted me and asked how she could help.
When I explained we were trying to get home to Ohio, she had a technician take a look right away. He found that we only needed a new valve stem. He replaced the stem and we were on our way - all before the shop opened at 8am!
We cannot thank the amazing employees of this store enough. It is so heartening to find people who genuinely care about customers and obviously their business as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!”
“The staff here were fantastic. They replaced one of my tires and inspected the remaining tires, including the spare. They could have easily tried to oversell me on tires but didn't. That's honesty at its finest. Even the other customers were great. Mark, I think he was the service manager, made recommendations on where to travel next. He recommended Spearfish and he was right on the money with his recommendation. John, a customer, was a former long haul trucker but only did locally now, was so pleasant. We talked about how when I park overnight at WalMart the truckers tend to take notice if me in my RV and will sort if park around me as if to offer protection. I appreciate that kindness. Overall a fantastic crew and customers.”
“I couldn't have asked for better technician than Dave. He wasn't able to fix/change my flat tire because it was too damaged and my tire size wasn't available for a swap. But he made time to see me during his busy schedule and even offered to help me at a later date when order my obsolete tire size and come back ??”
