Very disappointed. I went to get my insulin and somehow was given something totally opposite. Came back let them know and was told they gave it to me i explained what i got and then was told my insulin was past the 14 day hold period. My doctor called it in on the 3rd and it's now the 12... so come back later or tomorrow.. not happy at all. I'll be moving my RX to elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED RX QUICKLY!! They tell you 20 minutes, then an hour, then 2 hours, and then you're lucky to even get it in the same day. They're rude as hell 9 out of 10 times and act like your business is an inconvenience to them. Completely unreliable and I ALWAYS regret having any medication sent to this pharmacy. Sure, they're open until 8, but good luck getting any medication if you don't have 3 days to wait for them to do whatever they feel like doing.

Literally denied sale of over the counter products without a prescription...Needed a needle and syringe to drain cauliflower ear. It hardens if not drained and becomes permanent.

I’ve been doing business here for over two years. The staff is always very helpful. Overall the service has been great!

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever seen! Jennifer has a nasty, hateful and very unprofessional attitude.

Great clean place super friendly staff. So many products to choose from a lot of things are actually cheaper here then they are at walmart

Well if you are from out of town. Don't use Thrifty White Pharmacy on the north end of dickinson just off of 3rd aka. Highway 22. I had to switch to this pharmacy because my regular pharmacy has a contract with another company that no longer accepts the military Tricare insurance. I would give a rating of negative if I could but 1 star is the lowest. I have had nothing but problems at this pharmacy. ND Pharmacy is way better. That is who we use to go to. Never had a problem. Not a single problem. They would fill your prescription while you wait. Thrifty white says you have to come back in an hour. That is just one example of the bad customer service at this place. I'm looking for a different pharmacy. If I can.

I cannot remember the last time I've been there to pick up my monthly prescription without having issues. It never fails. Every single month, there's a problem when I arrive to pick it up, even after receiving notification that they're ready to go. It's nothing on the clinic or insurance companies. It is just Thrifty White's lack of attention to detail, and lack of communication with their customers. This was the final straw that prompted me to leave a review: I received my text notification to alert me that my prescriptions were filled and ready to be picked up. But when I arrived, they only had one of the two ready. And as ALWAYS, I had to ask them where the second one was (I ALWAYS clarify that there are two when I call in for a refill, because this ALWAYS ALWAYS happens). "Oh, they're out. They don't have it in stock. Sorry." It was 7pm so the clinic is closed, and I drove 30 miles one way to pick it up. I called it in YESTERDAY morning, and they don't have the decency to alert their customers when this happens, but actually lie to them saying they're filled and waiting to be picked up?I can deal with occasional occurrences of mess ups, but when this is seriously every single month.... it's time to quit giving them money and go elsewhere.

Prescriptions are never done when they’re supposed to be done. Not sure what the point is of scheduling refills to be done on a certain day when it’s not done ever on that day or the time that they say they’re gonna be done. The drive-through is never open so don’t count on that either.

My family understands the demands on all health care workers in good timesand bad. The demands of these stressful months that we all are in cannot be improved except for thoughtful introspection and understanding by all.
