“I can not say enough good about Patti and Terri! I started here 2 weeks ago and going here has been life changing! I love they come up with the work outs, they help and explain EVERYTHING (I'm new to all the lifting and exercises). You can tell they are passionate about the sport and fitness. I have a pass to another gym as well; that is now collecting dust because I would much rather attend here. I HIGHLY recommend.”

Abby is very knowledgeable and works on your form to make sure you're getting the most benefits from the exercises while also not hurting yourself. I can already see changes so it's very effective.
The community feeling of small groups training sessions takes some anxiety away.
The ONLY thing I wish they had was a sauna ?

I got a personal trainer, Ana, because this was my first gym experience and I didn't know what I was doing at all. Ana made sure my expectations were reasonable. She showed and assisted me with all the equipment. Made sure my form was good. And she did not waist one minute of our time together. I'm so glad I opted for a personal trainer. I would recommend this gym and the staff.”
