Communication was quick and helpful! The installers were very friendly and did an AMAZING job, got our entire basement done in one day and even vacuumed up when they were done, which we haven't had anyone do before! Didn't leave scratches all over our walls like a previous company we had hired. Highly recommend, will hire again if another flooring project comes up.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Daisy! She knew our budget, but also balanced what we knew we wanted. She is attentive and listens to you. While giving her opinion on wear, quality, etc. She doesn't pressure you, letting you know that your decision is yours and yours alone. In the end there was the middle ground that we needed without totally breaking the bank. I highly recommend Daisy in any venture you are taking! Thank you Daisy! You are appreciated! We were impressed with quality of the product, the sales staff, the timely manner in which the installers were able to come and the friendliness. It made recovery from the storm damage much easier.

My husband and I worked for a Carpet One in Denver - never would we have told someone to expect a call in 5 days and on top of it never even call after the 5 days! WE WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT!!! Sorry you are too busy for my business. 2 different departments and NO RESULTS!

Fantastic customer service. This most recent project was the 3rd time we've had them do our flooring. This one presented a few challenges, and the crew they sent out did a great job; friendly and really pleasant to work with. Regrettably, while working around the spiral stairs, a couple ceiling tiles in the basement were destroyed. Herman came out and replaced and re-fit them and that section looks better than it did in the first place. And the new carpet is gorgeous. Definitely recommend.

Upon my arrival to the store I was greeted by Daisy. She answered all my questions, helped me pick samples that would match in my kitchen. She wasn't fake kind, it was real, and I appreciate all her help, as I had no clue. She educated me and took care of me! The installers Rich and Nathan are perfect gentleman! They also are hard workers and produce high quality results!! They did an amazing job in my old home! It is very easy to see Rich is a real pro and knows what he is doing!! I can't believe how good the floor looks! Amazing! Thank you everyone!!! 5 stars!!!

They are over double the price of Menards. They come across as snooty. I do not suggest this place. If you shop around you will definitely find a much better deal.

A-1 service. Tyler is completely honest and will let you know if you’d be buying something that isn’t going to solve your problem, perceived or otherwise. I highly recommend these guys to anyone with flooring needs.
