Good luck renting a car from here right now. Between their crazy system online that shows your reservation and the lack of cars here it's totally hit or miss! Both Enterprise and National turned people away after they had flown in.

This place is hit or miss for renting cars right now. Just because they're struggling to get more cars doesn't mean they should let you make a reservation when they dont have a car for you.

Absolutely dumpster fire. I landed at the airport and enterprise had 4 days notice to get me the car I asked for. They preceded to tell me that a dodge caravan was the only vehicle they had for me. Unhappy as I was, i bit the bullet and decided to give it a whirl. Upon getting to the parking lot, there were several other vehicles on the lot that appeared to be enterprise. Guy behind me in line pulled out in a Ford ranger. Pulled out on the highway and the car was pulling significantly to the right. I was about to have a 5 hour day driving in the interstate with that vehicle. So I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service to work it out. The rep told me she made a reservation to get a new vehicle and I wouldn’t be charged for the overnight with the caravan. I go in and the last was obviously short and rude with me that I was swapping cars. They gave me a Dodge Charger. Great!! 6 hours later, I find out I was charged with both rentals at full price. Get on the phone with customer service and they say there were no notes about my complaints and that they couldn’t give me a refund. After two hours of back and fourth with the customer rep, she said she could give me $65 off the caravan rental. Which didn’t even cover the entire cost. Mind you this is for work so I Connor expense both rentals. It’s been two days and I still haven’t been contacted by the regional manager and I lost out on $10 when I feel like after all of this hassle that the Charger rental should be free of charge!!Terrible experience. Dickinson enterprise airport and town location staff D- for customer service and I’ve now wasted 3 hours and haven’t even recouped the refund amount that breaks me even

Says after hours but only key drop is inside. Airport was open 8pm to 11pm. So had to call airport administrator to unlock door. Fortunately he was in neighboring fire building. This was at 11am.

The contract was for a one day rental. They charged me for 2 days when car was returned within 24 hours. Attempted to call customer service. Customer service said Bill would be corrected. I Checked receipt week later - it wasn’t corrected. Called customer service again - they did not agree they had agreed to correct Bill. They told me I had to call local office. Asked to speak to manager. They put me on hold for over an hour. I hung up. Next day tried to call local offic

I'm not saying the place deserves 1 of 5 stars all the time. This is just my isolated experience... I had a reservation however when I got there the guy was walking around mumbling stuff about making a mistake and he was sorry I didn't know what he was talking about but I guess it turns out that he had given away all the cars even though I had a reservation. He said he was sorry but that I could have a car in the morning. When you get to Dickinson North Dakota and it's 20 degrees outside at 10 p.m. at night it's kind of frustrating being told that they didn't hold your reservation. They gave the car to someone in front of me who didn't have a reservation. What's the point of having a reservation?
