Broke down just west of town with my elderly parents on board and many hundred miles away from home. Sean at the Dickinson location went above and beyond to help me out while we had the displeasure of dealing with the local garages, who were less than helpful fixing my car. Even though there wasn't really any availability that day (and I obviously showed up unannounced) Sean spontaneously cleaned a car for us right away and made sure we were taken care of. Then he was so flexible to allow me to extend the rent day by day, because I had no idea how long it would be until my car could get fixed. Absolutely stellar.After three days I finally gave up and rented a Uhaul to tow my car back home to Canada. Sean even offered to get a Canadian plated car for me so I could take it one-way back home and he made some calls to other Enterprise locations, but that would have meant having to come back weeks later (yes, weeks! Like I said, the local car shops were all less than helpful) to pick up my own car, so the Uhaul was the best option for me.Everyone at the Dickinson location was friendly, cheerful and went above and beyond. They could have shrugged their shoulders saying "sorry, we are booked out", but instead they immediately sprang into action to help me out. A genuinely fantastic experience that made a bad situation a lot better.

Sadly disappointed.We picked up our vehicle while ours was in for repair. We noticed after we had drove away that the fuel tank was only 1/2 full, not full as stated in the agreement. I called the Dickinson office and the representative that answered told me to just return it at the same as we picked it up.When we dropped off the vehicle on Friday afternoon, during business hours, there was no one to accept the return and we left the keys in the drop box as requested.When I got the bill there was a charge for the fuel not being full and it had more fuel in it than when we picked it up and also we got billed for the weekend.I called and spoke with Chris Mallon, the branch manager, and he said he would take care of it and get it refunded. Still waiting.

Prefer to fly to Billings and use the Enterprise there. Customer service and professionalism is better

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! When I went to go pick up my rental that I made a reservation for a day in advance online, the lady at the front desk was very rude to me and told me that since I had made my reservation earlier that morning she wouldn't have anything available for me. I told her I had made the reservation the day prior not that morning and instead of explaining anything to me she just said well I don't know what to tell you I have nothing available. Later that afternoon I continued to call the office to see if any cars were available and no answer. I then went down to the office to find the door locked and a sign with a contact number to call. When I called the number no answer. I then sent a text and got a response saying that she was assisting other people at the airport location. Now mind you we are experiencing blizzard conditions and are under a state wide no travel advisory. All flight had been canceled to and from the airport for the past 3 days. I mean I understand that she was all alone in the office and very busy sitting behind her laptop at her desk casually conversating with a friend or person she knew but hey do your job. You're in customer service and you did nothing to help me in any way.

Very disappointed.I made online reservation after about 2 hours when arrived at their location they told me their don’t have any car available for few weeks. I just waste a lot of time money on Lyft and plans that I had…Very Unprofessional…

I had a reservation made 2 months ago for this week, due to my car being in the body shop … I received a phone call today a half hour before I was supposed to pick up my rental telling me that they do not have a a rental available and they will call me when they do!! I’m stuck without a vehicle , enterprise won’t answer their phone, I’ve called all day today. I have a child that needs rides to and from school and I have a job I have to be at!! I’m very disappointed !

We walked into Ent to rent a vehicle. We were helped by a ball of energy named Kirsten who took great care of our rental needs. How refreshing to see a smart, bright, competent person that actually cares about their customers and the job they do. We highly recommend this Enterprise team.

This Dickinson Branch should be the template for Enterprise to train ALL employees nationwide. In the past Jamie, Jake & Matt took great care of my family. A new manager Zach took over last year & he has really taken things to an even higher level. In an era of vehicle shortages, higher prices & rental cars having much higher miles than usual he has really handled the Dickinson Enterprise admirably. The communication is always excellent with Zach & Management Trainee Kirsten actually answering the phone (Zach even providing his personal cell# if needed!) & always keeping us informed on our rentals. They are very accommodating with the vehicles, if possible giving options when renting. Dickinson has a good selection for a smaller branch. Prices are competitive as well & our cars have always been delivered thoroughly clean . We're known by name when we arrive & always greeted with smiles, kindness & professionalism. Feels like home away from home for this frequent renter, you can't help but become friends after a short time. 5 Stars just doesn't do this Branch justice. Even sent us a Christmas Card!!!

Picked up my rental for a economy car. Received a 2018 Ram truck, Dirty with mud all over tires, wheel well. Cover has caked on mud. Interior stains, I did not asked for a full size truck that would guzzle gas. I am paying $75 a day for a old truck that is filthy. I flown it from Arizona for my son's wedding. I Was Driving on freeway and the front in was shaking so bad that I felt unsafe and turned around went back to hotel. Called interprize. I'm not sure if I can get another vehicle that can drive on a freeway. Very disappointing.

If you need a car and the reservation is coming from a car insurance don’t even think about it trying to get a rental Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday they don’t care and you aren’t on top of the list because the insurance company only pays $50 per day, so they will take other reservations 1st they make more money. I can’t believe they can do that.

Absolutely worse company. Been dealing with them since Sunday! Issues not resolved yet and when you call corporate you get the run around. They told me through 5 calls since 6am that.the car would be here in 2 hours.... 17 hours later still waiting. I am just getting started!

Absolutely the worse place to rent 3 rd time trying and I give up absolutely incompetent people working at the one in Dickinson nd hours on the door are a guide I went at 330 pm to ask a question and sure enough locked up and gone for the day! Absolutely horrible .
