“Broke down just west of town with my elderly parents on board and many hundred miles away from home. Sean at the Dickinson location went above and beyond to help me out while we had the displeasure of dealing with the local garages, who were less than helpful fixing my car. Even though there wasn't really any availability that day (and I obviously showed up unannounced) Sean spontaneously cleaned a car for us right away and made sure we were taken care of. Then he was so flexible to allow me to extend the rent day by day, because I had no idea how long it would be until my car could get fixed. Absolutely stellar.After three days I finally gave up and rented a Uhaul to tow my car back home to Canada. Sean even offered to get a Canadian plated car for me so I could take it one-way back home and he made some calls to other Enterprise locations, but that would have meant having to come back weeks later (yes, weeks! Like I said, the local car shops were all less than helpful) to pick up my own car, so the Uhaul was the best option for me.Everyone at the Dickinson location was friendly, cheerful and went above and beyond. They could have shrugged their shoulders saying "sorry, we are booked out", but instead they immediately sprang into action to help me out. A genuinely fantastic experience that made a bad situation a lot better.”
