Shout out to BodyLift Fitness for providing a fun and enjoyable place to exercise. I have never in my life enjoyed exercising until I started at Bodylift. After three kids and numerous bone surgeries plus the aches and pains that go with all of it, I feel stronger every day. Heather and her staff do a great job with encouragement and never make you feel inferior. Thank you BodyLift for making me feel welcome!

Recently started taking yoga, and after just very few classes I can already feel a huge improvement in my back and neck. Yoga room is very peaceful and instructors are very helpful!

I love that I can take a yoga class every day of the week at BodyLift. I have also tried pilates and cycling classes and loved those classes as well. I have taken classes from Heather, Danielle, Jackie, Jane, Audrey, Lindsay and Megan. All of the instructors are great. They challenge you and keep it fun, upbeat and change things up so I never get bored. I never thought I'd be one of those people who love working out, I used to think of it as a chore, but I'm becoming one of those people who love it thanks to the fun classes at BodyLift!

I have done Heather's 8:30 boot camps. What I love is that she makes every class different & challenging. We never know what to expect each day but we always walk away with an amazing workout! I highly recommend!

I have recently attended the boot camp at 5:00 am! I was concerned that this would be too early for me, and I would never make it to class. Boy was I wrong! I find myself looking forward to the next class because of the people and the environment! It is a great way to start the day, and I feel the trainer pushes us just enough to make the workout the most effective! 5 stars! Definitely try Body Lift!!!!
