I purchased my very first home audio from Mike over 15 years ago. The products they carry aren't cheap because they AREN'T cheap! The fidelity of this audio gear is the best in the business.I have had Mike do multiple home theaters, outdoor audio setups, even a boat and a rocking golf cart. Not only has he and the crew at bluehawk been a great source for my audio/video gear...I now consider Mike and several of his employees, past and present, to be some of my best friends.You will be hard pressed to find a business that does more in terms of giving back to their community, as well.A+ from me...Bluehawk is like family.

Called in to ask some questions about a vehicle of mine and the the gentlemen named max wilkinson showed no interest in trying to help practically said they weren’t even interested in doing an install on my vehicle I strongly recommend that something is done because his customer service skills are very poor and acted like he didn’t even want to listen to what I had to say. I will not be using blue hawk audio & video nor do I recommend anyone to go to them because they are just going push you out their way if you didn’t buy any of your audio equipment from them

Blue Hawk in Dickinson ND. The knowlegable staff has treated me great! They did a nice job on the install on a new Alpine stereo in my Jeep. And had an emergency part that I thought Id have to wait to get online, and I was able to wrap up the sub install on my GMC. They back what they sell too. Eric

Won't be back. At first they told me that they won't look at my car if I didn't purchase from them. Well duhhhh... my speakers weren't working to you have an opportunity to sell me new ones. Boy did I make the mistake of buying from them and paying over retail, as I come to find out after googling, on used speakers. Have heard the same from other people. Rio off.

I had the most amazing experience working with Mike, PJ and Jarad developing my media room. The team at Blue Hawk are beyond knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, you can’t beat the quality of their work or gear! I would recommend this team to anyone. If you’re thinking about taking the plunge you should definitely visit with them.
