“Very friendly service! I called to see if they had a hitch adapter and they said they had to order it and it would take a few days to come in. Unfortunately that's when the snow hit where it was coming from so they called, yes, they called me to let me know it would be late. That's customer service for you which you don't see anymore. “Brian was awesome. As was the rest of the employees. I came to North Dakota for a family reunion and one of my brake lines popped between my master cylinder and the splitter. They didn’t have anything in stock that would work so Brian figured out a way to use my old hard line and replaced the wire braided flex line that's on it with a piece of high pressure hydraulic hose and new fittings on either side of it. I got back to Killdeer, put it on and... I have no leaks!!!Thanks again for helping a stranded motorists.”
