First: There is delay in their delivery because they said the address is incorrect. In fact, they have delivered items to my address countless times.Second: they have a live map to track the delivery and I have seen how they missed my address. I contacted the UPS agent and explained why the driver missed my address to deliver my package and all they could tell me is their scripted info which by the way is useless. The agents are not that useful. Eventually, after I complained then miraculously after a few minutes the driver dropped off the item yesterday.Third: tonight I was waiting for another package to be delivered and they said it’s an incorrect address. I reviewed the delivery address that was sent to UPS and it’s the exact same address I have. They could improve this service, why can’t they contact the receipt ent if they can’t afford to place a call then they can charge the call to the recipient so they can update. Who wants delays or incompetency?I have never been satisfied with UPD service. There will always be issues where I haven’t encountered from USPS or FEDEX.

avoid trying to send packages here at all costs. I understand that it is christmas and they only have the doors open at 5:30 to 6 but wow. I stand in line for 20 minutes in 8 degree weather while they only allow one person in the building. I was the last person in line and at 6:10 the person in front of me exited the building and then I was promptly told we are closed for sending packages and the door was closed. WOW thank you UPS

This place needs to be open more than half an hour a day. Especially with the outrageous prices to send packages.

A million thanks to employees Tracy and Darren who helped me mail packages back home after my mom died. They helped me figure out how to mail them on a corporate account when I wasn't thinking very well due to my mom's death. They are only open from 5:30 -6:00 PM but it was never very busy when I was there.

Open for 30 minutes a day for customers. Would be very nice to have maybe another 30 minutes lets say around noon. 1 on 1 customer relations are very important to alot of people.

Very nice of them to open the door, invite me in and get me my packages late after their hours because I missed signing for drop off. My hours are the same as theirs so it was the only way I'd be able to sign for it.

Friendly employees only open for a half hour makes it very inconvenient

They are not open on weekends not even an hour. I will never use ups again if I don't have to.
