“Our truck lost a massive amount of antifreeze in the parking lot of our motel while we were ice fishing. Since we were being picked up/dropped off each day by our guide service, we didn't notice the problem until the night before we had to leave on a 10 hour drive back home....on new years eve no less. Frantic calls for help were answered by Merlin at Harold's, who kindly found a way to fit us into his busy schedule. Between diagnosing, searching for parts, and installing/testing the repair, he had us on the road within a couple of hours!! Very fair and patient gentleman, and we made it home safely before the winter storm hit our home area later that night into New Years day. We can't thank you enough Merlin!”
“I took my Toyota in for detailing to clean a gas spill. To make a long story short they kept me waiting for four hours only to then tell me that they couldn’t do the job until they had it overnight. I was very unhappy and had to rent a car to go home. Then when I got home, I found that they had not completely done the job, there was evidence that it had not been cleaned in some areas. However, I did contact the owner and they agreed to redo it and they would pay the rental fee. I took the vehicle back in a week , so they did make it right. The sad part is that the vehicle still smells like gas a little bit so they were not able to get the smell completely out. However I don’t believe that that is on them. It is just a fact of the situation. I ended up taking it to one of their other facilities. I do appreciate them making it right though. If I had to take a vehicle back for detailing again, regardless of the situation, I would take it back, but I would go to their other facility, not the Chevrolet.”

“Haulin cows and had a blowout on the trailer. Came into the Walmart Auto center and these guys helped us out big time. They were closing down but said they would stay late after we told them the pickle we were in. They fixed up that trailer tire lickty split and we had them cows haulin down the highway in no time. “I rented a car for Nichole Bertsch at U-Save in Devils Lake North Dakota. She was very helpful getting the car rented online and the phone. I easily picked up the car at Devils Lake Airport and saw that it was a brand new For EcoSport. I drove it to Lake of the Woods, Minnesota and drove it around for a week. Then drove back to Devils Lake and dropped it off at the airport. The car was very easy to rent from U-Save and I recommend them.Steve Jensen”
