The Square Butte Creek Golf Course is a hidden gem that offers a delightful golfing experience. The beautiful greens and fairways, coupled with the wonderful and friendly staff, create a welcoming atmosphere. The course is in great shape, with challenging long holes and fair, non-flat greens. While the tee boxes had slightly long grass, it's a minor issue. The "honor" system for the carts is a great feature, and the clubhouse provides exceptional service, including the best fleischkuechle the reviewer has ever tasted. With interesting elevation changes, blind shots, and hazards that require strategic club selection, the course is super fun and highly recommended for a return visit.
Great course. I love the layout and the holes are all unique. The staff was great as well.

I cannot say enough great things about this course. The course itself is awesome, especially for a small town 9 hole. The difference maker is the treatment from the clubhouse. Never have I felt more welcome. Thank you Marie for the best fleischkuechle I've ever tasted! 10 out of 10 recommend. We'll be back!
