It was 4:30 in the afternoon when our trailer blew a tire near New Salem, ND. Calling every possible service station in town, no one wanted to answer the phone so late in the day. Finally a guy named Dave answered from some shop in a place called Center, ND. and said he had a tire and would wait for me. We immediately got the tire off the trailer and unhooked the trailer, and arrived at Dave's shop about 15 minutes after closing. Dave and his helper were there ready with the tire. It was a quick 15 minutes to get on our way, but we chatted with Dave so much that we didn't make it back to the trailer until an hour later. Dave is a joy to talk with and do business with. The town of Center is very fortunate to have such a service center and Dave. I hope the competition in New Salem reads this review so they can make some improvement for stranded customers. A big shout out to Dave for saving me while I was stranded on the side of the road with my grandson. We had a flat tire and I had recently bought the vehicle used, opened up the trunk to change the tire and half of the jack was missing! Dave came in and saved the day! He not only put on my spare tire, but took my tire with him to be fixed. I was on my way to run a few errands and he waited for me after hours so that I could have a good tire on my car. Customer service gets no better than this folks! I am most appreciative that he was there to save me a huge headache. Thank you again! I will be bringing my vehicle to his shop from now on when it needs anything.Services: Tires

Dave's gave me great quality service when I needed it the most they treated me with great respect and and at a good price. They are very knowledgeable in old school and New School technology in general mechanic knowhow. They have worked on multiple vehicles of mine and did a great job. I am a mechanic myself and I would recommend anyone who is looking for great quality service to come to this business if you want to know that your vehicle is fixed correctly.Services: Brakes

I had the absolute worse service at this shop you could possibly imagine, charged over 200 dollars for a seven mile tow, had my truck for over three weeks, never called me once to advise me what was going on, didn’t return phone calls, they never did figure out what was wrong and charged me over 600 dollars, for doing absolutely nothing, the truck was in worse condition when they were done with it than when it went in. I ended up having it toed to a different city. Avoid this place at all costs, do not take your vehicle here for service, they are awful.
