This place is always dirty, cups never stocked, and the guy with the ponytail is always so rude and has an attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Tonight we stopped at this place and bought 200 dollars worth of diesel. I've spent several thousand dollars in fuel here in the last week with my semi trucks. Tonight we wanted ice and the guy said out front and we told him it's empty and we asked about the ice freezer on the other side and he said it's locked so he refunded our money but refused to unlock the ice box to sell any to us. The check out guy was a young punk with a gotie beard. Pretty rotten customer service. And guess what I'll be needing a lot of diesel this week again but maybe I should go somewhere else with customer service being pretty piss poor. The guy had a careless attitude.
Unprofessional service.

Every time I go there, there is a specific gentleman that is always, rude and swearing either around customers or directly to them! He makes driving through and stopping more stressful and time consuming then any other place!!

If you stop here during the day you can almost always guarantee fresh pizza and other delicious warm foods. ?
So many fun choices for drinks too!!!

I have been here numerous times throughout the last year and it is the dirtiest gas station I have ever been in. Today before 8am on a Saturday I walked in the bathroom and the trash can was overflowing and there was a pile of paper towels on the grounds. There fix for it was bring in another Trash can that is also now overflowing. Floors are super dirty and shelves are usually a mess. And the service is at a snails pace all the time. If I owned this place I would be ashamed.

First time here and last time, very dirty inside, bathroom I think an compleet bacteria spot, I don't think the coffee machine has been cleaned in the last year, I was planning to get my coffee the next morning but will go to another one where it is is clean. I ordered a pizza but the hair of the staff, who have to work on the food, is all loose, not even wearing a hairnet.

"I ordered a veggie pizza for takeout with red chili flakes, but it ended up tasting more like a jalapeño pizza due to the overwhelming amount of jalapeños added. The vegetables were barely visible under all the jalapeños. Is this amount of jalapeño typical for a small pizza? Check out the photos for reference!"

I have never in my life seen a business so chaotic and in shambles. I highly recommend closing this store and distancing your name from this store. Most employees ignore customers, the bathrooms are a nightmare, the kitchen is beyond disgusting, and the drink station is always falling apart. That is just the tip of the iceberg. Severe neglect and disrespect to the Caseys name. Frankly this is so bad I think it may be on purpose. I hope something is done soon or I may have to contact the local health and business authorities. I know some of the stuff that is happening is below code and possibly illegal as well.
