“We use this Post Office for our business mail and are very happy with the service and results. The clerks are very hardworking and there are weights and scales in the front lobby in case one does not have time to go to the counter with a package. Lobby machine does accept credit cards. Gift cards and greeting cards are sold at this location as well.”
“I have to give them credit because they are doing the best they can and you can’t knock them for struggling so long as they do the best they can which they have with me. Mistakes happen and tough situations happen to companies as well as people and all you can do it the best you can and they are doing that.”

“Even though USPS has its issues in general, the Burlington post office has been great. The guy who works in the office has always been incredibly helpful. Including helping me get new locks on my mailbox because I lost the keys. He’s personally delivered packages to my house before that were stuck at the office/scanned wrong and I saw him deliver to my neighbors too. When we stopped getting mail for a week, I found out our driver had quit so they were struggling to find someone to deliver things. I think someone took over from Minot at least for a bit. And all mail and packages started arriving as usual again. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at this post office have been so kind. It’s leaps and bounds above what I’ve experienced in other post offices.”
