Worst customer service I have ever had. Bought an iPad today that wasn’t in shrink wrap, was opened and had a scratch on it. Couldn’t bother Olivia L……the sales person……she was so rude to me. She actually had to get up of her chair and do some actually work. Horrible service

Went to get new phone. Ended up with phone,tablet, 5g plan, accessories and paid almost $300 before leaving store. Accessories way overpriced. Like double of what you can get elsewhere. Next bill $307 and $209 thereafter. Was supposed to receive multiple promotions but almost a month later my bill which was shown to me by manager was supposed to be $161 going forward is not. Never use authorized dealers. Use corporate store or order online.

I went in to replace my old phone with a new one, I was long past my time to upgrade with my plan. I was told the promotion to get this phone for free had just expired, however a promotion had been found that would make the purchase price $280 instead of the original $400. (I would not have bought it for $400!) The paperwork did not show the discount, but the sales staff assured me that it would show on the billing statement within the first or second billing cycle. Each month for 4 months I called the store when it did not, and was assured it would be taken care of. On month 5, I called a number I found online for regional support. I was promised a discount on the next bill of $180. I just made month 6th's payment and nothing has been adjusted. It is safe to say, they all lied, just to make a sale or get me off the phone. CROOKS!

we upgraded an iphone x to an iphone 12 and switched data from a 7+ to the iphone x. the customer service was great and the employee was very friendly and conversational.

Found Angela knowledgeable and helpful. There was quite a wait because the store was understaffed. Only 1 person on duty and a store full of customers. Not the fault of the employee. She handled the situation well considering how busy she was.
