If your website says you close at 5 pm you should be open at 420. The sign on the door stating your hours does me no good. Wells Fargo is dangerously close to losing my business. Local Service in Bismarck ND is terrible. Locations closed, not open when they state they are, etc.

If I was able to give zero stars I would. Some of the workers are not work ethic ready at all. Disrespectful to anyone and everyone except the boss. I quit and won’t go back to that location. I’m even closing out my accounts

Teller agnored me when I was the only one in lobby (appered to be on his phone) when he finally called me up to counter I was not greeted and he was very rude about putting my card in the machine. Over all I would not recommend going to this location. There needs to be a way to rate each transactions costumer service on site so mangment knows when and we're they are failing.

So if this is Wells Fargo’s executive office; the customer service is pathetic. I had an issue with being charged for a bank wire that was rejected. A letter from Wells Fargo denied that they charged a $50 fee. My bank account shows otherwise. A customer service person “Christine” left messages right at the time she was leaving for the day. I doubt it was a coincidence. When I called back at the number she provided, it went to a general toll free number. We banked with Wells Fargo for quite a long time, even through the negative press they received for opening extra accounts. The rejection of this wire caused a delay in our investing when the market tanked. I hope the $50 fee they charged is worth this negative review.

There are many other options in town and online options too. Save yourself the time and hassle. I banked at Wells for 13 years and worked there for 21 months. I would advise against both. There are other places to work and far better places to bank. So, save yourself some energy and stress and go anywhere else. You'll be better off, I promise. For the record, many of the local people are awesome. It's just, the way this bank is run, from the tippy top down....just avoid it. Things are no better than when the p*** hit the fan a few years ago. If you need a big nationwide bank, there are much better options. Check them out and you'll be better off. Please trust me.

I don't really write reviews but this bank really needs some personnel that can actually help its customers. The only thing the banker helped me was with withdrawal of money. The other things like change of address and a money transfer were not able to be sufficed.

I tried cashing a check from Wells Fargo, at Wells Fargo. The check had to be verified by a banker, I waited for 20 min. for a banker, when she came to verify the $100.00 check she wanted to charge me a fee to cash the check! I had to fingerprint my thumb and stamp it on the check, then was told to go back to the teller who wanted 2 forms of ID. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had in Bismarck, ND in a long, long time. I am so glad I am not a customer of Wells Fargo.
