I am incredibly disappointed in the online order department. I had scheduled a grocery delivery to arrive between 12 and 1pm on Sunday. I was notified it would be delayed less than 2 hours. 3 hours had gone by and I heard nothing. I messaged the help center and I was told my order was prioritized and would arrive within one or two hours. Again, nothing. I call the help center who then contacted the Walmart responsible for my delivery. The online order department was closed and they pushed my delivery to the next day. As a former Walmart employee, and having done online ordering myself, this is unacceptable and it does not meet the standards the company strives for.

The cashiers are very very unfriendly. They don't greet you or make any small talk at all. Sometimes they don't even tell me my total and they just wait for my payment. They don't say have a nice day either. No one says excuse me or has any manners. Self checkouts are a joke. You should see Williston NDs Walmart! It's so great.

Never a big fan of Walmart. I only go if I absolutely must. Prices are good and shelves stocked as best as they can, but employees, in general, are not friendly, fresh produce not good quality and general atmosphere mediocre.

It's always my one stop store when I'm traveling because I know what they have and they normally have everything. I really like the cold chicken to take with me. Always good. I also find some deals on clearance cloths

It is EXTREMELY disappointing to know that Rock Island Walmart will not accommodate college students when presented with legitimate circumstances. Furthermore the attitude of Asst. Manager, Valerie is shameful in itself. If Valerie does not know how to address the situation, common courtesy is to bring in someone in authority. Perhaps that manager could assess the circumstances and make the INFORMED decision. It was disrespectful to dismiss a customer due to Valerie's lack of understanding.

I recently did the grocery pick up from their app. And i can say I've never been sooo pleased with a grocery pick up in my life! I never thought i would be saying this about a Walmart store but I'm completely happy with my shopping experience. The pick up was better than Dans and Sam's Club. The actual ask you how does your produce look before they scan it to see if it's at your expectations! (OMG!) I recommend this to anyone who is not physically able to hit shopping or how doesn't simply have time!

Was treated very poorly by a cashier by the name of claudia today. I took a friend to walmart n happened to see a few things on sale for $1 each so I bought 3 of them(checked the pricetag on shelf to make sure it was the same item i was buying because things ring up wrong alot since they change prices alot), total comes up to around $8 so i politely ask her how much each item was and she snapped at me and said the 2 tops i was buying were $3 each and I asked her if she can ha

I was at the fish yesterday, and holy cow they do not take care of their fish at all! All of them sitting in waste. A few them sitting in food that has been sitting for a couple hours by the looks of it. One had bulging eyes and bulging by the pectoral fin (signs of infection) as well as body rot on the head. A few had fin rot as well. Another comment mentioned about the poor quality their fish have and Walmart said they would talk to management but nothing is being done. If they can't take care of their fish they should not be selling fish!

Bad way way of running auto. Took over 3 hrs for me to get tires taken off two rims and different tires put on and balance, just let me add that I took them off the vehicle and brought them in. Than after picking up the tires i had to return a couple items, i stood in line for 20 minutes and never moved a spot. With 4 total registers at the customer service counter and one being ran. Hire some ppl or find managers that know how to schedule the employees. This is so ridiculous, come across this every trip to this store. Get it straight!!!!
