I will be discontinue my monthly subscription... the bugs never come off. F this place. wish they had a pre-wash squeegee or something for the bugs. After a round trip of about 250 miles the bugs cake on and even the best places can't reach and remove all that lol.
Otherwise I love it. And free vacuume and floor Matt washing machines... hell yes I'm adding before and after photo just to show. Should be able to tell the before and after pic. But most definitely needs a pressure rinse for them bugs.

The car wash did a good job getting the dirt off most of the car. It didn't get the bugs off the front and the back bumper wasn't clean.

I will never return to this car wash again! The service was terrible. After the wash, my car was left with stains and dirt marks, as if it hadn't even been cleaned! This was my second terrible experience at this car wash. The first time they broke me plastic on the bumper and I had to buy a new one. I absolutely do not recommend this car wash—total waste of money and time!

The wash is easy to enter, quick to get through and quick to receive your wash. You can then use the vacuums near the exit of the wash. The staff were extremely friendly and ensured a quality wash. It is a touch wash, so know that if you're not wanting that type of wash. Otherwise, the brushes did a decent job on my sedan. Some extra time near the blowers could help get rid of water spots and adjustment to the rear brushes could help get the rest of the vehicle (rear). Overall, good and quick!

I have the #1 Works wash unlimited membership at Tommy’s Express. After taking the car in for the first time I noticed some visible scratches on the left back corner of the car. After couple of weeks I took the car again for a wash and there were more scratches at the same place and a few more on the side of the car. The left side mirror too had visible scratches from the outside.
The #1 Works wash package comes with 3-step wheel cleaning but both the times the wheels and tires were dirty and did not meet the criteria as their website claims.
Both the times, the entire backside of the car seemed to not get cleaned properly and had dirt, soap and water stains on it.
I live in the city and so the car doesn’t get as dirty compared to someone living in the country and driving on dirt roads and so this is absolutely unacceptable from their top tier wash package.
They either need to recalibrate the rolling brushes’ settings or replace them altogether before damaging the paint on other cars.
I expect them to compensate me for the damage done to my car.
