Trying to stop billing on my account that I canceled two days before payment was due.phone assistant was totally rude and had too many reasons why he couldn't stop billing to my account after I cancelled everything this is why I will never use T Mobile again taking money without giving service

We just used the T-mobile wifi. The staff at Kirkwood was so helpful. They always answer all our questions thoroughly. Great service!!

I was paying over $200 for 2 phones in AT&T with LIMITED Data and no protection on my devices. I was fed up with them and decided to go to T-Mobile. Best. Decision. EVER.Thanks to Darlene now I pay WAY less with 3 phones lines Brand New phones and 3 Trackers for my kids. And EVERYTHING unlimited, no limits, AND protection on all my devices. I DO NOT REGRET THE SWITCH. Darlene and T-Mobile team are amazing! 10/10

i have with all the Cell Phone companies. The good the bad and the ugly.I go into every store with the hope that I just get nice people. I'm very laid back and like to talk.Tmobile Bismarck - KirkWoodI've never had an issue with this store or any of the reps. They are all great, smile, talkative, and ready to answer any questions I might have thrown at them. From promo to trade in amount. To even letting me know of current ones i didn't even know about.I've also not had anyone problems with roaming in town, etc. I feel I get the service I've paid for. As a veteran I get a great deal as well.Thanks for the great service!#teammagenta

I wanted to upgrade my phone and Darlene assisted me with it. She went the extra mile to make sure I had my info was transferred to my new phone and she even stayed late past closing hours. She is awesome!!

My husband was having an issue with his phone, which did not fall under the insurance plan. We went to the mall and was helped right away by Darlene. She went the extra mile for us to find out what had to be done. Long story short, Darlenewas able to get us taken care of with a new phone on its way. Darlene was super helpful and very fast. Got us the best deal and got us all on brand new iPhones. And she’s also bilingual, so that was a plus! Any cuestions or problems she can resolve them!

After having numerous problems with online support, I went into TMobile in the mall and was helped right away by Darlene. She was able to get us taken care of with new phone lines and out the door in a good amount of time. All the employees were pleasent and helpful. Thanks Darlene you're awesome and TMobile!

I have been a long time customer of Verizon and I went into the T-Mobile store in the Kirkwood Mall, I was greeted by Terry (I believe he's the manager) and had a really great talk with him. He was NOT pushy and did not make me feel like he was just trying to get a sale. He is the main reason my wife and I switched. BUT Josh was amazing as well. He KNOWS his stuff!!! The atmosphere in that work place was amazing! All of the employees were laughing with each other and having a good time. They kept the conversation going with my wife and I as we were the only customers in the store. I can honestly say I have never felt like this while in a store, let alone a phone store. Thank you, Terry and Josh and to T-Mobile as a company! You have some amazing people in Bismarck. I hope you know that!!!!

Got an iPhone guy, was super helpful /sarcasm.FYI, If your temp number overwrites your real number in the Android Messages app thus messing up your RCS features, then do the following: Turn on Airplane Mode, Force Stop and Clear Storage for both the Messages app and Carrier Services app, Enable Chat Features and Re-setup RCS.
