Very punctual, Cleaned sofa, loveseat and chair. Removed stains that were present, took their time and did a very professional job for a reasonable price.

I stand by my review. Like many other Yelpers, I don't use my real first name. Sorry, I didn't feel the need to respond to the business owner as we have tried to fix the problem by using enzymatic pet odor remover products over a sustained period of time. Maybe I'll contact the owner in the future but I was dismayed that a very simple issue of how long the carpets took to dry was not even close to being accurate. Glad I didn't have my rooms filled with furniture, nor have kids running all around, nor did I have to use those rooms immediately. I do appreciate that the owner reached out but would have been better that their promises were fulfilled.

Contacted Superior to clean our three bedrooms and two stairs, plus some area rugs. The quickly came back with a very reasonable price ($350 for everything), including stain treatment. The two techs showed up on time in the morning, knew what they were doing, and finished before lunch. My wife says the carpets look like new. We are very happy with Superior.

Superior Cleaning Solutions responded to my request in a timely fashion. The technician Marico arrived within the specified time window and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. The carpet looks so fresh and clean. I will definitely be retaining their services in the future!

We wanted our stairs, hallway, and landings cleaned along with pet deodorizer. Superior was very quick in getting me scheduled and my estimate. I appreciated that I'd know the cost up front before they showed. Scheduling was very quick and went through text so I didn't have to get on the phone. I love ease of access for setup and cleaning. The team showed up earlier than expected and I appreciated that as well. It didn't take too long and they let us know what they'd do and how long it would take for the carpet to dry. The carpet feels and looks clean.

Firstly, scheduling the appointment was very easy. The owner was very accommodating and had some coupons along with my military discount. I had Tyler as my tech today. He called when he was 45 minutes out to give me a heads up and arrived right on time. He was so professional! He gave me all my options for add-ons without pressuring me; even offered to come back out if I wanted to add on later. He showed me before and after videos of cleaning my air ducts and it was a massive improvement. I also had him clean the carpets and they essentially looked new by the time he left. For the cleaning of air ducts and carpets took about 3.5 hours in total which was really impressive. I will definitely be hiring them for future needs.

Really happy with the quality of service received by this company. Reminders wera sent abt my appointment. The young man arrived promptly for the services that i received (two separate appointments), carpet & furniture, and tile grout cleaning. He was very polite and professional. I will continue using superior cleaning solutions for the various services they offer.

From the moment I reached out to Superior Cleaning Solutions until the job was complete, everyone I interacted with was responsive, respectful, and professional. They called before arriving, showed up within the time window, and completed the job. When it was time to pay, the amount quoted was the amount charged, no gimmicks or any extra fees. Great value for the work. Would use them again for sure!

Super cleaning solutions was so great! We used them to clean all of the carpets in our new house before we moved in and Ricardo did a great job. It was 8 rooms, a hallway and 2 sets of steps and he got it all done in about 2 hours (and he arrived only 15 min after the estimated time even though it was a 2-3 hour arrival window). It looks great and he even sprayed the carpet with a deodorizer to help with the cleaning smell (although I didn't notice any weird smells at all). They were also very helpful when we had to change the timing. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future cleaning jobs!

Tyler did a great cleaning our carpets before a move out. He was very thorough with his explanation of services, and was professional. They were by far the most reasonably priced carpet cleaners I found, and I would highly recommend them.

Had carpets cleaned in the house my husband and I just bought. They did a great job and for an amazing price. Also had my dryer vent cleaned out. Totally worth it. Tyler was on time, worked efficiently and treated me and my house respectfully. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent job by Superior Cleaning Solutions! They were very responsive with communications and easy to schedule. Crew arrived on time and called ahead of time to let me know their ETA. Guys were pleasant and courteous, and kept me apprised of their progress throughout the two jobs (power washing and berber carpet cleaning). House exterior and carpets looked amazing after they finished, including some spots that I thought would be impossible to clean. I will certainly use Superior Cleaning Solutions for my next job!

Superior Cleaning Solutions seriously saved the day at my house after a disastrous night with a sick puppy! They were kind enough to add me on to their schedule at the end of their work day, just to help me the very same day I called, & even though they already had several other jobs scheduled & I'm sure wanted to get home. The 2 superheroes that arrived, 1 being the Owner, were both really nice & super efficient & they got the job done faster than I ever would have thought imaginable. They worked absolute miracles on a carpet that after what the puppy did, I wasn't sure was savable. I am so grateful for their help & the job they did & I could not recommend them more! We had a major sewage backup into our finished basement in July, destroying furniture, carpet, drywall, etc. The owner, Kerry Hammonds, and his son came out very soon after we called. It was a big dirty disgusting job. They cut and removed drywall and carpet, carried out all our destroyed furniture, and cleaned and sanitized the floors. They even hauled all of away!If ANYTHING positive came out of this flooded mess, it was finding a professional cleaning company that I will always use. In fact, we've used them two more times! I highly recommend calling Kerry for carpet cleaning, water damage, HVAC cleaning, etc!
